By downloading, accessing, or using KettlePower, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Use of the Application

KettlePower provides fitness, exercise, wellness, and educational content designed to support general health and fitness goals.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using this application, you acknowledge that:

You voluntarily participate in workouts and activities

You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from use of the app

Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort.

3. No Professional Medical Relationship

Use of KettlePower does not create a doctor-patient, trainer-client, or healthcare-provider relationship between you and FitHealthForYou.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within KettlePower, including but not limited to:

Workouts

Exercise programming

Graphics

Logos

Videos

Animations

Text

Branding

is owned by FitHealthForYou and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

Use the application safely and responsibly

Follow exercise instructions at your own discretion

Ensure you use proper equipment and technique

Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the application

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the app

Use the app for unlawful purposes

Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of KettlePower may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through the:

Google Play Store

Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective platform provider.

Prices and features may change at any time.

7. Offline Data Storage

KettlePower may store workout data and preferences locally on your device. The app does not use cloud backup, synchronization, or recovery of lost data.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own devices and data.

8. Privacy

Your use of KettlePower is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

KettlePower is designed with privacy in mind and may operate without requiring accounts, email registration, analytics tracking, or cloud storage.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

KettlePower is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The app will always function without interruption

Workouts will meet your specific fitness goals

The app will be error-free or compatible with all devices

Device issues

Indirect or consequential damages

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
